Avanlee Christine is the founder of Avanlee Care, a healthcare company focused on strengthening care delivery by elevating and supporting unpaid family caregivers. Avanlee Care bridges the gap between Medicare Advantage plans and caregiving families by integrating caregivers into care coordination, care delivery, and value-based care models that improve outcomes for older adults while reducing unnecessary healthcare costs.
Avanlee Care was founded in New York City out of Esther Dyson’s spare apartment, while Christine was building her career in technology and questioning why family caregivers were largely invisible to the healthcare system. That question became Avanlee Care, now one of the few female-founded health technology companies headquartered in Montana to raise venture capital.
Working closely with health plans, providers, and community partners, Avanlee Care delivers scalable solutions that equip caregivers with the tools, guidance, and support they need to navigate complex healthcare systems and sustain care in the home. The company has built strategic partnerships with national organizations, including Walmart and Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drugs, expanding access to care and affordable medications, especially for rural families.
Christine’s work is shaped by a deep commitment to serving poor and marginalized communities, particularly in New York City, and by her passion for expanding opportunities for women in technology. Her leadership has been recognized by Inc. Magazine for advancing innovative healthcare models and operational excellence.
